Shipping damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving your package.
Returns
*Because our shelves are custom made to order and we offer so many sizes, wood types, and colors we are unable to resell returned items. Because of this we are unable to accept returns for our shelves.
If you feel you did not receive what you were expecting such as a wrong color, email us pictures of your shelves to support@ultrashelf.com and we will work together to resolve the issue. Your satisfactions is of great importance to us!
Determine your desired location for your shelf
With your pencil, mark where the left and right edge of the shelf will be.
Now that you know where the left and right edge of the shelf will be, next step is to mark, with your pencil, where the center of the shelf will be.
Using a level and pencil, draw a horizontal line marking where the top of the bracket will be.
Using a stud finder and pencil, mark the outside edges of the studs.
Place your bracket on the wall aligning the center of the bracket with your center line that your drew from step 3 and align the top of the bracket with the horizontal line from step 4
Using a power drill and supplied screws and drill bit, drill the screws into the studs. Note: You only have to drill screws along the top of the bracket.
Slide your shelf onto the bracket - You're done! Wasn't that simple! Now the fun part - style your shelves!
We can cut your shelf to any length from 12" to 90". We are able to cut down to a 1/16" increment to fit your exact space.
To specify an exact length that is more specific then an inch, first round the measurement to next inch and select that inch in the drop down option then enter in the exact length in the box below the drop down. For example, if you need a shelf that is 15-3/8" then select 15" from the drop down option then in the box below the drop down enter 15-3/8".
Our brackets can only support shelves up to 12" deep so if you're only using our included bracket then 12" is the maximum shelf we can offer. We can make a shelf deeper than 12" but you would need to use a different bracket system. If you want us to make a shelf deeper than 12", you can contact us via live chat, email, or phone and discuss potential custom options.
