Returns
To be eligible for a return you must email us at support@ultrashelf.com to receive an RMA number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box you ship back to us.
Shipping damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving your package. You will be held liable for damages reported after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
Brackets and Accessories
- Bracket returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date and will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days upon receiving of your returned item.
- Unused accessories may also be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.
- In case of damage from shipping we will replace your damaged product.
Shelves
- All shelves are custom and made to order. Because we cannot resell them, we charge a 50% restocking fee.
- We do not reimburse shipping costs.
- In case of damage from shipping we will replace your damaged product.
- Please note that finish colors may vary in shade due to the wood's natural characteristics, and shelves will not be replaced for color differences.
