I really enjoyed buying from Ultra. The fast delivery was excellent. I enjoyed putting the brackets up for the floating shelves. I will recommend you anytime. I enjoyed being helped with my questions and answers. You were so helpful as this was the first time for me to install floating shelves. I like the ease of installing the brackets, I found the studs and was able to install the brackets and not worrying about the pegs not being in the center of the studs because the holes for the screw holes were there for matching the studs and not the pegs. Thanks for all of your time and an excellent product
It was easy to attach to the wall and fireplace mantle, and is working exactly as it was represented to work.
36” shelf support is solid, with lots of mounting options throughout the back. Be warned that this is not necessarily flat or square. Possibly in shipping/handling, or in manufacturing; however, the back MOUNTING bracket was slightly curved and misshaped and I had to bend it as straight as possible before application. Also the rods are exactly 1/2” in dia. and if you drill your shelf holes at the exact dia. you may have issues on installing it, since the rods slightly vary in the direction that they sit. Be prepared to tweak it and use a Mallet to force it on. If you have experience in this type of finish work, then you should not have much issue. Once together and on the wall, it is Strong and very Secure.
Brackets worked great
Bought 34", 46" and 70" brackets all of which were well made and accurate as to measurements. Am using the 70" to support a 6' oak mantle - handled the task well. My only comment is that no mention was made of the preferred diameter of the drill bit needed for the stud holes. The metal jig worked fine.
