Drill the right size hole with our Auger Bit

If you're building your own shelf and using our brackets, you'll need to drill holes in the back of your shelf for the bracket rods to slide into. Our auger bits are sized properly in order for the hole to not be too big which would cause the shelf to sag and also to fit with the drilling jig which will assist in drilling a straight hole. Surprisingly, not all brands of auger bit are consistently sized so if you don't purchase our bit, we can't guarantee your auger bit will fit with our drilling jig. Note: If you are buying your shelf from us, this tool is not needed, we pre-drill all our shelves.
